Structured Capital. Predictable Growth. Lasting Impact.

Impact starts with The Match Fund—where every charitable pledge is doubled to create twice the difference for causes that matter. Beyond philanthropy, we extend the same structured approach to private capital, offering clear loan programs designed for predictable outcomes and dependable cycles. Whether your focus is giving back or putting capital to work, OCH provides a transparent path forward.

The Match Fund

The Match Fund is OCH’s charitable giving initiative designed to maximize donor impact. When you make a pledge, OCH’s policy is to contribute an equal match to the nonprofit you choose. The full combined donation is made in your name, allowing you to be recognized for twice the support to the causes that matter most.

FAQ

Why choose OCH?

We focus on clarity, transparency, and delivering on our stated policies. Whether through charitable pledges or structured capital programs, our goal is to provide confidence and meaningful outcomes.

Where are the donations held during the 12-month cycle?

Donor commitments are placed in dedicated OCH accounts and reserved for the 12-month term, earmarked for charitable delivery at maturity. At the end of the cycle, both the donor’s pledge and OCH’s 1:1 match are released together to the designated nonprofit, with confirmation and reporting provided.

What do I receive through the Income Plan?

The Income Plan pays fixed interest of 5% every 30 days. For example, a $10,000 loan to OCH provides $500 in monthly interest payments, totaling $6,000 over 12 months, while the $10,000 principal is scheduled for repayment at maturity.

How does the Growth Plan work?

The Growth Plan accrues interest at 5% every 30 days, compounded monthly and paid in full at maturity. For example, over a 12-month cycle, compounded interest increases the balance to approximately 79.6% above the original loan amount.

What is the Equity Participation option?

At maturity, you may request to convert your Growth Plan balance into equity within a designated OCH Class B Series (subject to Board approval). If conversion is elected, OCH applies a one-time step-up that doubles the original loan principal for purposes of equity issuance.

Are my returns guaranteed?

All programs are structured through private agreements with OCH. While it is OCH’s policy to preserve principal and fulfill contracted interest or payout obligations, private lending and optional equity conversion involve inherent risk, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
