Shipping Methods
How long does shipping take?
Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1-2 business day after you order. This does not include the time spent in transit displayed at checkout!
*NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time. ALL apparel, mugs and coffee, are made to order and can add up to 5 business days for manufacturing before your order ships.

DOMESTIC:
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days($100 worth of insurance included)
UPS Ground: 1-3 Business Days
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

Selected shipping method
All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
BACKORDER POLICY
Backordered products are products unavailable for immediate shipping, however are available for reservation/pre-order. We proudly offer this service to provide our customers the widest variety of options at all times, including new collections and sold out items. Reserved products will ship as soon as they become available.
Our team will notify the client of this status once we have an ETA for the product's arrival or have confirmed the product will become available at a future date. We will provide an ETA as accurate as possible, please know these ARE ONLY ESTIMATES and are subject to changes.
There are no cancellations or changes that can be made on backordered products after the order has been confirmed by the client under any circumstances.
Once a backorder has been confirmed by the client the payment will be charged in full, or invoiced to the clients email for payment. Once paid, the product will be reserved.
In the rare exception where a cancellation is deemed necessary by our team on any backorder, there will be a 10% cancellation fee applied to the refund.
By confirming a backorder, the client is agreeing to adhere to our policies unconditionally.
Once the backordered product is received by the client they can then choose to return the item in accordance to our return policy.
NOTICE: We do not recommend proceeding with a backorder if you have a requirement for when to receive a product/products. Generally estimates provided are met to the exact day, or within several weeks from that date. Although it is possible for delays to be up to a month, and in rare circumstances, several months. Our team will provide you with the most accurate ETAs possible throughout the process, but note that these are solely estimates and in no circumstance are guaranteed delivery or availability dates.
