Structured Capital. Predictable Growth. Lasting Impact.
OCH offers two simple ways to put your money to work:
Monthly Income Plan
Perfect for those who want steady income. You receive a fixed interest payment every month, and your original amount is returned at the end of the term.
Annual Growth Plan
Ideal for clients who want their balance to grow. Your capital compounds at a fixed rate each month, and both your original amount and total earned interest are paid in full at the end of the term.

FAQ
Why choose OCH?
We focus on clarity, transparency, and delivering on our stated policies. Whether through structured capital programs or charitable pledges, our goal is to provide confidence and meaningful outcomes.
How does OCH utilize client capital?
At Open Country Holdings (OCH), we’ve developed our own proprietary internal index, known as the Open Country Index, which represents a balanced mix of high-performing private ventures and short-cycle business opportunities.
OCH uses its own company capital and privately borrowed capital to participate directly in these ventures. Each position within the Open Country Index is owned and managed by OCH itself, ranging from revenue-generating businesses and structured loan programs to select asset-backed opportunities that align with our performance goals and liquidity standards.
When clients choose to extend capital to OCH under a private lending agreement, those funds are used exclusively by the company to operate within this defined index model. This structure allows OCH to generate predictable internal returns while maintaining full control and transparency over how capital is deployed.
It’s important to note that OCH does not manage or invest client funds on their behalf. All funds are extended directly to OCH through private agreements, and the company assumes full responsibility for how those funds are used within its business operations.
